Symptoms
The web server process ends itself repeatedly,
starting again then, but this causes a 30 to 45 second delay for Siebel related requests:
In the web server log files the following errors occur at these times:
[Mon Feb 28 15:09:54 2011] [notice] child pid 7556 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
[Mon Feb 28 15:19:23 2011] [notice] child pid 9997 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
