This Note answers the most frequently asked questions about List Management in Siebel Versions version  8.1.1.x/8.2.2.X and version 15

The List Management module is available to users with a license for Siebel Marketing or Siebel Campaigns. List Management is used to create and manage lists of contacts and prospects within the applications for use in Marketing Campaigns. A list is defined as a grouping of contact or prospect records in the Siebel database.

In previous versions ( 7.7, 7.8, 8.0 ) the Import process was executed by a dedicated Siebel Server component : List Import Service Manager .

In 8.1.x the process is performed by some Workflow Processes. ( See details HERE )
