Symptoms

ISSUE
----------
After upgrading from 7.7 to 8.1.1, users are able to open the application with the Thin Client. However while trying to Account > Account List Applet, users are getting this error: The DLL 'SSCASPBC.DLL' could not be loaded.(SBL-DAT-00170). Thin Client is not working but Dedicated Client is working using the same .srf and .dbf.

ERROR MESSAGES
----------------------
The following error messages are found in GUI:
1) The DLL 'SSCASPBC.DLL' could not be loaded.(SBL-DAT-00170).
2) Users are also getting the similar error: SBL-DAT-00170: The DLL 'swcaspfr.dll' could not be loaded. ObjMgrLog Error 1 000000024d480634:0 2011-02-01 13:44:34 (swefrmgr.cpp (6395)) SBL-UIF-00317: Cannot load the runtime class: 'CSSSWELSSRDialogFrame' for applet: 'Service Request Detail Applet'.
