Oracle provides new bug fixes for the Siebel CRM products as part of Premier and Extended Support, but not Sustaining Support. This document explains the methods that Oracle uses to deliver bug fixes and the policies associated with those methods.

This document applies to Siebel CRM Releases 8.1 and 8.2, which are in the Premier Support phase. There are no versions of Siebel CRM that are currently in Extended Support.
Older releases (Siebel CRM Releases 7.7, 7.8 and 8.0) are now in the Sustaining Support phase.
Sustaining Support includes access to fixes, updates, and critical patch updates created during the Premier Support stage, but does not includes new updates, fixes, security alerts, data fixes, or critical patch updates.
Oracle’s Lifetime Support Policy describes the duration of support for major releases and the level of support delivered in each phase of a product’s life, for all Oracle products.
This Error Correction Policy document describes how we deliver fixes for Siebel CRM products.
