Upgrep failure upon upgrade from 7.7 SEA to 8.1.1 SIA (Doc ID 1316447.1)

Symptoms

When upgrep was launched to upgrade Siebel 7.7 SEA to 8.1.1 SIA directly, upgwiz.log showed the following error.
