Symptoms


Environment :  Siebel 8.1.1.1 SIA [21211]

Customer unable to complete database extract and running for long time

Steps:
---------
1. Created mobile client
2. Generated NewDB template
3. Started extract for developer user

Error from DbExtract Log :
