Information in this document applies to any platform.
There is the "ObjectLevelTransactions" parameter of the "EAI Siebel Adapter" methods (Upsert/Synchronize/Insert/Update/Delete/Execute). Then this parameter is set to "true" (by default it is "false"), the EAI Siebel Adapter returns, SiebelMessage with failed Integration Object instances, where root Integration Component of each instance is enriched by two fields for the error reporting:
- the "ErrorMessage" - contains the text of the error, indicating why this Integration Object instance could not be processed
- the "ErrorSymbol" - contain the error code, when available.
Unfortunately these fields are not included, in the by EAI Siebel IO Wizard in the definition (schema) of root Integration Component when the Integration Object is generated (synchronized).
