Sarm Logs Not Getting Generated

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.3 SIA[21219] version No SARM files are being generated for WorkflowProcMgr, ecommunications Application Object Manager. There are no error messages reported in any of the log files but it was found that out of EAI Object Manager component,Workflow Object Manager Component and eCommunications Object Manager component, logs were only generated for EAI Object Manager component.
