Application Crashes When Navigating To Calendar View In IE, HICalendar.htm File Missing (Doc ID 1327176.1)

Symptoms

It was reported that application was crashing while navigating to a Calendar View. This issue was reported on Siebel version 7.8.2.16 with QFG03 while using IE 8 browser.

The crash.txt was found in the IE installation folder, not in client folder.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Go to the Site Map
  2. Navigate to the Calendar screen
  3. Click on one of the Calendar views
  4. Application crashes
