XMLP Report Server Component Process Terminated Error on Siebel CRM Fix Pack

While uploading the Siebel BI Publisher Report Templates (Standard or Custom) on Siebel CRM Fix Pack, the 'XMLPReportServer' component process gets terminated. The following error message comes up on the Siebel CRM UI.

Process XMLP Report Server on Siebel Server terminated

NOTE: This only occurs on Siebel CRM Fix Pack.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install and configure Siebel CRM 8.1.1, apply Fix Pack.

2. Install Oracle BI Publisher

3. Configure Siebel-BIP integration as per Reports Guide.

4. Try to upload a standard report template.

5. The report template fails to upload and the above mentioned error message is displayed on the Siebel UI.
