SBL-UIF-00299 and SBL-DAT-00421 when stepping away from an Account (Doc ID 1329294.1)

Symptoms

When the focus is on an Account record (click on) that does not have the Main Phone Number value prefixed with a '+' OR is not well formatted (i.e "XXXXXXXXX"), and then you step away to any other record, the following error pops up:

[1] Wrong field values or value type detected in field Main Phone #.Please re-enter your field values. If you need additional assistance,please refer to the documentation.(SBL-UIF-00299)

[2] An invalid assignment error has occurred

Please try again or ask your system administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists. (SBL-DAT-00421)
