In Siebel Financial Application, under Contacts Screen -Opportunities Subtab, when Opportunity is created and saved, the user has to be navigated to Opportunity detail view. The Customer is trying to achieve this functionality by creating a workflow in Contact BO and is launching this workflow at runtime event WriteRecordNew on Opportunity BC.
In the workflow, customer is using Shopping Service standard business service, GotoView method.
After the workflow is invoked the user is not navigated to Opportunity Detail view as expected.
After the workflow is executed, the user has to be navigated to Opportunity Detail.
1. Login to the application.
2.Navigate to Contacts Screen and Opportunites Sub tab.
3.Create a new opportunity and save it, even though the workflow is executed, user is not navigated to Opportunity Detail View.
Because of this issue, Customer is not able to achieve the requirement using the workflow.
