On : 7.7.2.9 [18382] version, Siebel VB / eScript / COM
When attempting to run custom application that has scripted objects the following error occurs.
ERROR

Unable to load the scripting extension language DLL '<>' Scripting was enabled in this instance of Siebel, but the DLL which is needed to implement it could not be loaded.(SBL-DAT-00228)
SBL-DAT-00228: Unable to load the scripting extension language DLL 'sscfjs'!
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Implement any custom test script on object in Siebel repository
2. Recompile object into standard SRF using Siebel Tools
3. Run the application
