Symptoms
Customer was configuring multiple enterprises for single gateway. Gateway and two enterprises resides on same machine. Each enterprise is using separate database with separate administrator account.
Configuration for first enterprise went fine but second enterprise configuration failed giving below error. Enterprise was not able to connect gateway even though gateway was up and running
