This is related to one of the inbound web services, where a query takes place based on a SR Id and details are sent to external application in the response.
In lower environments when service requests are queried, the 'Created Date' field in the response is output in the format mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss ( e.g 04/26/2011 10:51:11 AM).
However, in production environment the output of the query contains the date field in the format mm/dd/yy hh:mm:ss (e.g 04/26/11 10:51:11 AM).
As a result of this, wrong date is appearing in external application e.g 12/05/0011.
