Campaign Emails are sent to contacts who have "Do Not Email" flag set to "Y". When customer opt out or un-subscribe from a campaign subscription list their Do Not Email status is set to "Y" - yes. In this case the expectation is that the customer should not be receiving any further emails. However, subscribe Contacts or Prospects with Do Not Email status set to "Y" receives emails. Making it incorrect from the expected behavior. The expected behavior is Contacts or Prospects with Do Not Mail flag set to "Y" should not receive campaign emails.
