Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT:
Customer has reported that Rulecache.dat file not getting generated whenever the Territory Management tasks are executed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
The file mentioned by customer should be updated whenever the Release button is pressed or whenever the Siebel Server starts and it appears the file does not exist. From the TM perspective, whenever a TM task is executed it creates his own cache file like "batchrulecache_1-84ZL.dat" where 1-84ZL is the Rule Group Id of the Alignment. Hence, the TM process has not relevance to the generation of the rulecache.dat file.
