CTI Toolbar: Configuration Parameter "ImplicitSave=True" Not Working (Doc ID 1342277.1)

Symptoms


The CTI configuration provides a parameter ImplicitSave, which can be True or False.
When True, clicking on the Toolbar has the same effect as stepping off the active record - the record should be saved.

In 8.1.1.3, this does not work, with the result that data is lost when a call and record is transferred to another agent.
