The CTI configuration provides a parameter ImplicitSave, which can be True or False.
When True, clicking on the Toolbar has the same effect as stepping off the active record - the record should be saved.
In 126.96.36.199, this does not work, with the result that data is lost when a call and record is transferred to another agent.
