Verify button not capturing product promotion violation in SIA and there is no pop up applet : "UMF Messages Popup List Applet" coming up to display the same.

In detail: When user clicks on Verify button on Order Header level, though there is specific product component is mandatory as part of promotion, even if it was not captured during customization in order, there is no validation message is displaying.

The expected Behavior is that, If any product promotion violations, there should be pop up applet "UMF Messages Popup List Applet" will be displayed.

Application & Version: SIA

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Logged in to Siebel eCommunications Sample DB . Here I tried to use the following Seed Data Products
• Premium DSL (6.1M/384k)
• Mobile Office Wireless Plan
2. Created a promotion(Aditya Test Promotion) with the following structure/constituents.
Added the above two products and defined the Min Cardinality = 1, Max Cardinality = 1 and default =1
3.Drill down on the Mobile Office Wireless Plan. Position active record to the Enhanced SMS Relationship
4.Click Modify. It should clear the Relationship domain
5.Then Click Add Item and select Enhanced SMS -100. Set the default Quantity to 1, Min and Max Cardinality to 1.
6.Return back to the Promotion Component definition and then to the Promotion Version and release the new promotion and refresh the Cache
7.Added promotion to the Master Price List. Also ensured all the promotion components are added to the promotion price list
8.Created the sales order and added the Test Promotion
9.Customized the Mobile Office Wireless and just remove the enhanced SMS 100. Discard the incomplete message and then click done.
10.Now click on Verify button in Order header.
Ideally there should be popup applet named:UMF Messages Popup List Applet"
