Symptoms

Server seems not to be connecting to the database successfully,

Srbroker.log file shows the following messages:

 

Trace Trace 3 0 2011-08-02 13:26:26 Unable to open file 'C:\Siebel78\siebsrvr\sqltempl\comdb42.sql'.
