Object Manager Crash while running BI Publisher Report from a standard interactivity application (eCustomer, Partner Portal, echannel, eService) (Doc ID 1347463.1)

When attempting to run BI Publisher Reports in eChannel Object Manager (i.e Standard Interactivity (SI) Mode), the following error occurs.

SI Application Crashes and shows the Server Busy error.
"The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again"

In addition the following call stack may be seen in crash_xxx.txt files in the %SIEBEL_SERVER_ROOT%\BIN folder :

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to echannel or eCustomer or Partner Portal or eService OM
2. Associate the report to the appropriate view.
3. Run BIP Report
4. An error appears saying :
The page cannot be displayed or The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run BI Publisher Reports from SI applications (eChannel or eCustomer or Partner Portal or eService OM)
