Purpose

Errors SBL-MKT-00416  or  SBL-MKT-00315  ("Unable to open file") normally happen during a Campaign Load execution when segmentation is performed by Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) server.


A text file is written by an OBI process (WriteListFiles) and created on a folder specified by "Marketing File System" parameter on Instanceconfig.xml file.

This file is then read by a workflow process. Workflow assumes that the file is found on "Marketing File System" parameter .
