The purpose of this document is to provide customers and their end users with details of what values the Status fileds of the Parent and Child email activity records have and adopt during end-user transactions with those records, such as Reply, Reply to All, Forward, Delete, Save as Draft, Cancel, Delete, Resume and so on.
This document is provided as part reference for the fix described as Fix Request FR #12-1RB07UI, described in Document 880452.1 Siebel Maintenance Release Guide, Version 8.1.1.x
Customers are expected to have already installed and followed the steps in section "Instructions for FR 12-1RB07UI" found in that document above, when they upgraded to Siebel 220.127.116.11 and higher.
