Symptoms


On : 8.0.0.9 SIA[20433] version, System Admin

When attempting to Work on service request screen,
the following error occurs.

SCCObjMgrUSA 6696 SBL-OSD-01000 Process 6696 exited with eited with error - Internal: The process attempted to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Siebel Application.
2. Navigate to the Service Request List View
3. Click on the Custom "Create Opportunity" Button
4. The application crashes with below call stack.
