Campaign Contact Status Is Not Updated To Sent When Campaign Contact Receives Email

On : SIA[21219] version, Siebel Marketing

Upon executing a campaign, emails are sent and received by the recipient as expected, however the status is not updated to Sent and remains "To Contact".

It is expected to have Recipient Status changed to Sent if email is successfully sent.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup an Email Campaign
2. Launch the Campaign
3. Make sure Email is sent and received
4. Check Recipient status

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot confirm if email has been sent or not.
