Symptoms
When calling the CheckEligibilityHelper method (via Workflow or Business Service), it should raise the signal GetProdEligibility signal.
However, instead of calling the GetProdEligibility signal, the CheckEligibilityHelper method invokes the GetEligibility signal.
This information its described by Siebel Order Management Infrastructure Guide > Copy Service > Copy Service Methods, page 257. Therefore, this statement its not working as desired.
