User was facing issue in configuring the Three Level Hierarchical Pick list constraint by Parent and Grand Parent field values.

For the reference the scenario is given below:

Current Data model (LOV) for these picklists is as below: This is the Data Model which customer is using:
TYPE Name (LIC) Val Parent LIC

TYPE                    LIC                            Display             PLIC
SR_AREA            CLAIM                        Claim                                                     (Type PL)
SR_AREA            CLAIM_INFO            Claim Info       CLAIM                          (Area PL)
SR_AREA            CLAIM_REQUEST    Claim Request CLAIM                          (Area PL)
SR_AREA            CLAIM_STATUS       Claim Status     CLAIM CLAIM_INFO (Sub Area PL)

As per the current data model,
Type PL: displays the LOVs which has order number 1000 or more and No Parent LIC
Area PL: Has Parent LIC as LIC in Type LOV
Sub Area PL: has the Parent LIC as the combination of LIC in Type and Area
"Claim" is the LOV for Type PL,
"Claim Info" and "Claim Request" is the LOVs for Area PL (which has "Claim" as the
Parent LIC)
"Claim Status" is the LOV for Sub - Area PL( which has the " CLAIM CLAIM_INFO " as Parent LIC which is the combination of " CLAIM" and "CLAIM_INFO").
