Unable To Update Existing Accounts by Adding Address Through Marketing List Import (Doc ID 1358089.1)

Symptoms

  Requirement to update existing accounts by associating existing addresses or creating new addresses was not possible to fulfill in 8.1.1.3 version.
    
The following scenarios were reproduced in standard application:
    
A. Add new address to existing accounts

    1. Enable Workflow Manager Component and activate the workflows needed for
  marketing import  from 8.1.1. version. ( workflows start with Mktg*)
    
    2. Create an import mapping ( Administration Marketing -> Import Mappings)
  with structure:
    
    Id
    Location
    City
    Street Address
    
    
    Check Exact match option for Id field.
    Check Allow field updates for the other fields.
    
    3. Prepare an import file which contains a valid account id from the
  database and some values for City and Street Address. ( that don't exist in
  the database)
    
    4. In Administration marketing -> Import, create an import job with type:
    
    Update existing Records
    Overwrite Existing record
    
    Associate the import file, verify if the data mapping is correctly
  generated in Data mapping tab.
    
    5. Run the import.
    
    Expected result: Location of existing account should be updated and new
  address should be created.
    Actual result: Only the location is updated, no address is created.
    

B. Update an account by associating an existing address from the database

     1. Prepare an import file which contains a valid account id from the
  database and some values for City and Street Address taken from an existing
  address in the database)
    
    2. In Administration marketing -> Import, create an import job with type:
    
    Update existing Records
    Overwrite Existing record
    
    Associate the import file, verify if the data mapping is correctly
  generated in Data mapping tab.
    
    3. Run the import.
    
    Expected result: Location of existing account should be updated and
  existing address should be associated with the account.
    Actual result: Only the location is updated, no address is associated.
    
    
    Issue is still present even after applying repository changes mentioned in
  document: 986678.1 - Repository Changes for Lead & Contact Import Required
  for 8.1.1 SIA
