When attempting to schedule BIP reports, the following error occurs in BI Publisher Server:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Siebel application, navigate to the view.
2. Click Reports icon and Schedule the report.
3. Select your report. No error is displayed in Siebel and report seems to be schedule
4. The error above is displayed only in BI Publisher console.
