Siebel CRM Desktop - Version: 220.127.116.11 and later [Release: V8 and later ] Information in this document applies to any platform.
Whenever a CRM Desktop user receives an Calender Item (e.g. meeting request or appointment) from any external non-CRM Desktop user, calender item's primary employee name is getting changed to the Siebel Administrator and its not getting synchronized with siebel.
