ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying the patch version 7.8.2.16 (from version 7.8.2.3), some fields are not saved in UI.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When user input data in the Applet and save, the field values should be saved in the UI.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. On Siebel version 7.8.2.3, applied the fix pack v7.8.2.16
2. No SRF changes made.
3. Compiled the srf.
4. Login to Siebel version 7.8.2.16.
5. Users input data in some applets (random behavior..), but the field values are NOT saved.

Random behavior. Happens in any applet, different fields at different times of the day to different users.
