[SQL Native Client] Communication Link Failure Error in Siebel Enterprise Log

After upgrading system RAM, in an environment where no new SRF has been deployed, the following error is logged in the Siebel Enterprise log file:
System RAM has been upgraded and the "TCP Chimey Offload" feature is enabled on the Microsoft Windows server.
