How to extract the FDR File from a Crash Dump (Doc ID 1366656.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


This note describes how to manually generate the corresponding FDR file in case of a crash.
Under normal circumstances, the FDR file is generated automatically.
However, there are exceptions to this, a crash can occur without a corresponding FDR file.


This is applicable for older Siebel versions too, such as IP2013, IP2014, IP2015 and IP2016.
