Purpose

This note describes how to manually generate the corresponding FDR file in case of a crash.
Under normal circumstances, the FDR file is generated automatically.
However, there are exceptions to this, a crash can occur without a corresponding FDR file.

Scope

This is applicable for older Siebel versions too, such as IP2013, IP2014, IP2015 and IP2016.

This document applies but is not restricted to system admins, network admins, and application admins.
