Symptoms

Customer provided Local DB and custom SRF.

Using dbisqlc.exe, I ran the following SQL:
UPDATE SIEBEL.S_ME_EVT_LS SET EVT_STAT_CD = 'Active' where row_id in ('1-28R-10', '1-28R-11');
commit;

Navigating to ProfEd screen, querying for Status = 'Active' and drilled-down on the resultant record(s).
Clicked on "Submit" button and following error message was displayed:
Invalid Date format SBL-EXL-00151
