Product Pick Applet Has Weird Scrolling Behavior When EligibiltyDisplayMode=2. May Not Show All Products

Product Pick Applet ("Order Entry - Line Item Product Pick Applet") does not show all products.
If you scroll down using page down you can see more than the applet's record indicator allows. (e.g. 29 -28 z 28)
If you scroll down using record down you can see less records.
Note: Sometimes when the user tries to scroll in the pick applet the following error may be raised:
SBL-DAT-00364 A beginning of file reached error has occurred; Please continue or contact your systems administrator if the problem persists.
The applet displays less records than allowed. Record indicator shows more that max records.
The applet should display all records. Record indicator of the pick applet should not show more that max records

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1.) Go to Order Management > Sales Order > Line Items
2.) Create new line item record launch the pick applet of the product field
3.) In the Pick Product applet the user scrolls down with the scroll bar using the page down arrows.
Down to the bottom.
==> The record indicator shows: 29-28 z 28
Last record is: "Usluga Telemetryczna CDMA M2M"
4.) User navigates back to the beginning.
==> The record indicator shows: 1-10 z 28
5.) User scrolls down with the scrollbar using the record down arrows.
Down to the bottom
==> The record indicator shows: 19-28 z 28
Last record is:" Internet Stacjonary pracownik 36 mies"
User will be irritated. He may not find all records in the product pick applet, depending on user navigation.
