The following behaviour was observed in a customer's Siebel version 126.96.36.199 SIA  environment:
After adding a quote item for a new product to a quote, when the user hits the button "Update Opportunity" in the quote header applet, the following error occurs:
Error invoking service 'EAI Siebel Adapter', method 'Delete' at step 'Delete Existing Revenue Items'.(SBL-BPR-00162).
Cannot perform 'DeleteRecord' on the business component 'Opportunity' (SBL-EAI-04421)
The issue can be reproduced in the customer environment with the following steps:
1. Go to Quotes > List > Line Items;
2. Add a new product into quote items;
3. In the quote header applet, hit the menu option 'Update Opportunity'.
