Goal

The message Unsatisfied Requirement (SBL-CFG-00217) is displayed, sometimes, when the End-User finishes an eConfigurator session. However, if some linked item rule, gets fired but could not be satisfied, this message appears but without any details about why it was displayed.

After some deep analysis, it was found that this SBL-CFG-00217 message was displayed when a Linked Item constraint gets fired but could not be satisfied.
