Symptoms
Random behavior for field update through EAI web services. Three separate outcomes are experienced when running an upsert via the EAI Siebel Adapter BS. In each instance the same input is used but the outcome can be
STATUS_CD field in S_ASSET
- is updated correctly with the correct string value
- is update incorrectly with a null value
- the column itself is not even present in the update statement
