Uninstall And Reinstall CRM Desktop Created Duplicate Contacts (Doc ID 1371255.1)

On : SIA [21229] version, CRM Desktop for Outlook

When attempting to test Install-Uninstall-Reinstall of CRM Desktop caused duplicate folder names to appear under 'My contacts' in outlook and the following error is displayed.

  pop-up error message in Outlook
 "The operation failed"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps, when user has OST files:
1. install CRM Desktop
2. uninstall CRM Desktop, Control Panel-Remove program.
3. reinstall CRM Desktop
