eEvents Logout - "Back To Home" Link Does Not Work

After a user has logged out of an eEvents page (using top right Log In/Out button), it takes them to a login page with the following text at the top:
You are currently logged out. Please enter your user ID and password to log in.
Back to Home
When clicking on the "The Back to Home" link the user gets an error page with the following error message:
Network Error (tcp_error)
A communication error occurred: ""
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.
