Add To Promotion - Filter Records In Pick Applet (Doc ID 1375873.1)

Symptoms

Customer is using the Add to Promotion functionality and has 2 configured promotions:

- Account Bundle
- Subscriber Bundle

There are several instances for both promotions created as assets but only one is in status "Active" (Promotion = Account Bundle).

Action Items:

1) They open the "Add To Promotion pick applet" with this scenario in place and they get only 1 record which refers to the active asset. This is correct and expected behavior.

2) Now they create a new order for the Subscriber Bundle and cancel it without submitting/creating the respective asset.
3) If they open "Add To Promotion pick applet" again, 2 records are being returned
- 1 for the active asset: Account Bundle
- 1 for the promotion that was created as an order line item but was cancelled before being instanciated as Asset: Subscriber Bundle

4) Customer picks the promotion which shouldn't be available (Subscriber Bundle) and an error occurs:

[2] Error invoking service 'SIS OM PMT Service', method 'Delta' at step 'Create Delta'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
