unable to start ESD component , getting error:
ERROR OnPremiseAppListener Unable to connect to siebel
com.siebel.sem.common.db.DataProcessor$ConnectionFailureException:
org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: There is no active Web Service with
operation named 'http://siebel.com/marketing/webmarketing:CheckModuleLicense'.(SBL-EAI-04313)
Symptoms
On : 8.1.1.5 [21229] version, Email Marketing Server
When attempting to start the ESD the following error occurs.
2011-11-02 16:35:50,503 [main] ERROR OnPremiseAppListener Unable to connect to siebel com.siebel.sem.common.db.DataProcessor$ConnectionFailureException:
org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: There is no active Web Service with operation named 'http://siebel.com/marketing/webmarketing:CheckModuleLicense'.(SBL-EAI-04313) at com.siebel.sem.ws.integrated.net.connect.ConnectTest.isModuleLicensed(ConnectTest.java:68)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install ESD
2. Start the ESD services
3. Error occurs
