Statement of Issue

When trying to query an attachment record from an external Siebel table and insert it to an external application, the INSERT failed with error.

In EAI Data Map Editor there was a mapping between the source attachment and target attachment field.

ERROR:
------------
SBL-EAI-04058: Source expression generated attachment ID 'JVBERi0xLjUNCiW1tbW1DQoxIDAgb2JqDQo8PC9UeXBlL0NhdGFsb2cvUGFnZXMg.<very long binary data>......but the corresponding attachment cannot be found.(SBL-EAI-04058)

Expected behaivor:

Any attachment should be sent and inserted into an external application using workflow

Actual behaivor:
----------------------
it failed at the mapping step within the workflow process.

Business Impact:
------------------------
Not possible to move attachment records from UCM to external application
