Unable to generate a Sample XML file after migrating a report from Actuate to BI Publisher (Doc ID 1382652.1)

Symptoms

Having migrated from Actuate reporting to Siebel BI Publisher reporting when attempting to generate a Sample XML file for an Integration Object the following error was being returned :

SBL-OMS-00203: Error 7667856 invoking method "GenerateReport" for Business Service "XMLP Driver Service"


A review of the log file for the Object Manager from which the Sample XML file was being requested showed the following :

indicating that the request had been submitted to the XMLPReportServer and that an error was being returned from that component.

Further investigation of the XMLPReportServer logs showed the following error :
