Why does the age field when exposed in the user interface (UI)  not show the correct age ?
For example:

Select a contact record and set the date of birth (Field: "Birth Date" in Contact BC) as per current date but different year. If today's date is 5-Dec-2011, put DOB as 5-Dec-1990 and save the record. Check the value that comes in Age Field it will be 21. Now chnage the date of Birth to 7-Dec-1990, the Age still remains 21. It should be 20 now.
