When attempting to implement SSL authentication on Siebel Call Center application, the following error occurs.
"The server you are accessing is either busy or experiencing difficulties"
In the SWSE logs, the following error was encountered:
SBL-NET-01553: Failed to establish SSL connection.
And in the OHS error_log, the following error was encountered:
[Sun Nov 20 21:36:15 2011] [error] nzos handshake error, nzos_Handshake returned 29014(server host669.acme.com:443, client 10.243.99.185)
[Sun Nov 20 21:36:15 2011] [error] NZ Library Error: Unknown error
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change the connectstring parameter for the [callcenter_enu] directory in eapps.cfg file to use SSL.
2. Generate CA cert files and Key Files to test with openSSL to rule out certificates are the cause of the issue.
