Customer was using 64bit windows 2008 and Siebel Server Configuration was not working. Wizard was not able to connect gateway server.
Verifying ODBC client gave following error while testing:
Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 193: (Siebel Oracle 90 D:/siebel/188.8.131.52.0/ses/gtwysrvr, D:\siebel\184.108.40.206.0\ses\gtwysrvr\bin\seor825.dll)
Verifying gateway server log showed following errors:
DBCLog DBCLogError 1 000000024ef402c8:0 2011-12-23 01:33:33 [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Connection not open
GenericLog GenericError 1 000000024ef402c8:0 2011-12-23 01:33:33 (secmgr.cpp (2737) err=4597538 sys=127) SBL-SEC-10018: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Connection not open
