Information in this document applies to any platform.
When an email is send using F9 functionality, a corresponding activity is created in Siebel and it moves to Done status on successful sending of a message outbound.
How to change the status of that Email Outbound Activity to some other value instead of Done. E.g. Activity should move to "Sent" status instead of Done on successful sending of a mail.
