Data Validation Manager Not Working In Korean Language

Symptoms
When Selecting "Verify" button in Order Header Applet under vanilla sales order screen, it calls "SWI Order Validation Rule Set" internally.
DVM is working fine in ENU application where as it is throwing error in KOR application
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to eCommunicatons ENU application
2. Navigate to Sales order screen
3. Query for a valid order
4. Select "Verify" button and verify that there are no error messages
5. Login to eCommunications KOR application
6. Navigate to Sales Order Screen
7.Select the same order number and select "Verify" button
8. The DVM validation error is thrown
