Siebel 7.8.x Push Keep Alive Timer Causing Active Cti Toolbar Session Disconnect (Doc ID 1395194.1)

Symptoms


The customer is running 7.8.2.16 SIA and have just upgraded to the Gplus driver 8.0. They now see a number of issues:

1. The agent would get logged out of the CTI toolbar randomly during a call.

2. When making transfer calls they encounter the following error:

D602125_16581[10/30/2011 11:11:44]:ERROR:Failed on invoking CCB_UpdateInteraction_CallData in Comm. Client Svc., err=19177, msg=Communication: Command 'CCB_UpdateInteraction_CallData' is disabled under current context(SBL-CSR-00211), input= TransferCount = 1
